Bozeman Health Expands Access to Preventative Care with Mobile Health Screenings
Bringing preventative care directly to the community

Bozeman, MT (October 22, 2025) — Bozeman Health is proud to continue its commitment to community wellness through its mobile health program, HealthCare Connections (HCC). This mobile clinic is designed to bring accessible, preventative health care directly to individuals, meeting them where they are and equipping them with the tools to take charge of their health early and confidently.

HealthCare Connections offers the following services:
  • Immunizations
  • Basic wellness checks and Q&A with a provider
  • A1C and cholesterol screenings
  • Connections to local resources, including mammogram vouchers and Gallatin City-County Health programming

By traveling to rural and underserved areas, HCC helps reduce barriers to care and makes health screenings and education more convenient, approachable, and community centered. While not a replacement for a primary care provider, HCC complements existing care by identifying health needs early and connecting individuals to local clinics and services. “HealthCare Connections is an essential part of the broader effort to improve community health,” said Kami Panepucci, System Manager of Community Health Improvement. “By providing convenient access to health screenings, we empower individuals to take the first step in understanding their health. Knowledge is power, and HCC helps people identify potential issues early, ask questions and connect the dots before small concerns become bigger challenges.”

Since its launch, HCC has helped over 6,000 clients and completed more than 24,000 screenings.

Who can benefit from HCC?

HCC is available to anyone who may face barriers accessing health care. Whether it’s due to a busy schedule, lack of transportation, limited health insurance coverage, or a distance from a clinic, the goal is simple: make it easier for everyone to access essential health screenings and immunizations.

October 2025 Public Schedule:
  • October 10: West Yellowstone
  • October 20: HRDC Food Bank
  • October 23: Gallatin Valley YMCA
  • October 29: HRDC’s Fork & Spoon
