Biography:
Danita Mattick, PT, DPT primarily practices in outpatient orthopedics, with sports, women’s health (including pregnancy and post-partum), and pelvic floor being her favorite areas of practice. She loves evaluating patient’s movement patterns and the challenge of discerning the causation of symptoms as well as working with each individual patient to formulate a plan to return to norm or better than ever with lasting changes.
She has been trained in pelvic floor, ISTM, Functional Dry Needling, Functional Movement Based Patterns – Sahrmann Technique, and utilizes evidence-based practices to formulate specialized treatment for each individual. She strives to educate her patients in understanding their symptoms prescribed therapy in order from them to utilize the tools they gain in therapy independently and confidently.
She is married to her amazing husband of 23 years and they are blessed to raise 3 wonderful and adventurous teens.
