Biography:
Tiffany Chaloux, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. She is a native of Bozeman who is committed to building long-term relationships with individuals and families, supporting their health through every stage of life. Dr. Chaloux earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency in Grand Junction, Colorado. She also holds a Master of Science in applied social psychology from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in Spanish from Willamette University.
Before becoming a physician, Dr. Chaloux worked at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital as a unit clerk and nurse aide, where she supported patients and families and collaborated closely with care teams. That experience continues to inform her team-based, patient-centered approach to care. Dr. Chaloux has practiced family medicine in Bozeman since 2020. In addition to caring for patients in the clinic, she helps train the next generation of physicians as a primary care preceptor for first- and second-year medical students in Montana State University’s WWAMI Medical Education program.
She is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, a national organization recognizing physicians who demonstrate compassion, service and humanistic care. She is also an active member of the Montana Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
Outside of work, Dr. Chaloux enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of Montana’s outdoor recreation opportunities.
Philosophy of Care:
“My goal as a family physician is to build lasting relationships with my patients. I believe primary care works best when patients feel heard, respected and involved in decisions about their health. I focus on prevention whenever possible, but I also partner closely with patients to manage chronic conditions and navigate more complex health concerns. Family medicine allows me to care for individuals and families across generations, and it’s a privilege to support my community in this way.”
