Their Lifestyle Medicine program, led by Dr. Joe Sofianek, focuses on six key areas: whole food, plant-based nutrition; regular physical activity; adequate sleep; stress management; moderation of risky behaviors; and fostering healthy relationships. This 12-month program includes initial consultations, coaching visits, and specialized therapy sessions to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
