Biography:

Stacie Palmer, PT, DPT has been helping individuals in the Gallatin Valley achieve better movement and wellness since 2011. Her professional focus is pelvic health therapy which allows her to assist individuals struggling with incontinence, pelvic pain, and core weakness find relief from their symptoms and improve quality of life. Stacie believes pelvic health therapy requires a gentle, holistic and individualized approach. She uses a variety of treatments including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, electrical stimulation, lifestyle modification education and tailored home exercise program instruction to help patients reach their goals.
