Emma Peterson RD, RN, LN is a registered (CDCES): Outpatient Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist for 7 years. Providing individualized evidence-based nutrition recommendations in oncology, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, weight loss and nutrition support. Emma became a registered nurse in 2023 and currently working on my doctorate to become a nurse practitioner.
