Dr. Zachary McDonald is a psychiatrist in the Bozeman Health Outpatient Psychiatric Services Clinic. He specializes in general adult psychiatry and is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. He takes a collaborative approach to care to address an array of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and psychotic disorders. “I see mental and physical health as two sides of the same coin and find a lot of gratification in helping individuals recognize how each impacts the other. My approach to treatment is holistic and may incorporate brief psychotherapy, dietary review and nutrition counseling, strategic supplementation, mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle planning. I will assess your goals and core values and collaborate with you to create a realistic and personalized plan of care to achieve real results.”
