Philosophy of Care:
“I believe sleep is an important part of our overall health and well-being, yet sleep problems can sometimes be overlooked or misunderstood. My goal is to listen carefully to each patient, understand how sleep is affecting their daily life and health, and work together to find an approach that fits their individual needs.
I strive to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while helping patients understand the connection between sleep, mental health and physical health. I want my patients to leave our visits feeling heard, informed and confident about the next steps toward better sleep and a healthier life.”
